We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, progressive, hands-on leader to lead our energetic and enthusiastic Front of House team at the distinctly Mayfair and refreshingly refined, London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. JOB SUMMARY

Senior Front Desk Manager position is responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements in all aspects of the Front Desk Operations. Front office areas include At Your Service, Front office Admin, Guest Relations, and Front Desk. This role proactively drives guest and employee satisfaction and owns the Front of House Balance score card through Training and Developing the Supervisor and Guest relation teams.
