**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Welcome experience Talent Coach to manage the welcome area. As the first point of contact for new and existing guests, you will become the face of W Dubai the Palm.

Meeting and greeting people, directing visitors, and answering the phone are some of your main tasks.

As the Talent Coach you will be supporting the managers will training, counseling and coaching the Welcome Desk employees.

**About you**

+ Proven 2 years work experience in same position

+ Hospitality experience in UAE preferred

+ Opera system knowledge

+ Fluent in English writing and speaking
