**JOB SUMMARY**
Functions as a payment product technology expert. Collaborates with client and information technology organizations to define functional requirements and functional designs of creative solutions that will support the clients’ strategy and future business goals. This includes partnership with business stakeholders and close collaboration with Technology Product leaders. Performs independent research to proactively identify and analyze future opportunities and emerging solutions that could be applied in the clients’ operations to drive improvement. Leverage technical expertise in updating multi-year technology roadmaps for clients. Support Payments and Fraud Products organization in clarifying functional requirements and functional design during development of solution.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
**Required:**
+ Four-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related major or equivalent combination of education nand experience
+ 3 years’ experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
+ 2+ years’ experience working with payment vendors or products
+ Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
+ Skilled at converting business needs into technology requirements and working within Technology to manage the execution of projects
+ Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, and decide and influence appropriate courses of action
**Preferred:**
+ Experience identifying and analyzing alternative solutions to complex business requirements and providing guidance and advice
+ Strong communication skills, including experience facilitating requirements analysis and functional design working sessions
+ Experience completing information technology cost/resource estimates to implement and support solutions
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others
+ Excellent analytical skills where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult
+ Experience with business process re-engineering
+ Demonstrated knowledge of supported discipline
+ Strong process management, negotiating, influencing, and problem resolution skills
+ Broad technical experience across technical components including infrastructure, network, applications, data, and information security
+ Familiarity with Marriott’s existing information architecture, application portfolio, and information management methodology
+ Knowledge of emerging technologies, including those new to the Marriott environment as well as those that are new to the information systems industry

+ Track enhancements, bugs, and demand backlog with key business and engineering stakeholders
+ Track new development and technology certifications required to expand integrated payments internationally
+ Collect business and technical requirements for enhancements and configuration change requests
+ Gather and outline estimates for projects and enhancements requiring development
+ Coordinate testing and certifications with the payments engineering team for our integrated payment gateways
+ Participate in troubleshooting sessions for broader payment technology related issues
+ Share payment technology expertise and industry knowledge with key business and technology stakeholders

**California Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.
**Colorado Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $162,366.00 annually.
**Hawaii Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $101,096.00 to $178,603.00 annually.
**New York Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 $178,603.00 annually.
**Washington Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
