**POSITION SUMMARY**

+ Demonstrate strong leadership by effectively managing, guiding, and inspiring the team.

+ Ensure the team maintains a polished and professional appearance by upholding strict uniform and grooming standards.

+ Lead pre-shift briefings, effectively communicating special event, promotions, and any pertinent information to the team.

+ Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges.

+ Cultivate a customer-centric environment, ensuring the team consistently prioritizes guest satisfaction.

+ Exhibit exemplary customer service, setting high standards for the team to follow.

+ Gracefully handle any complaints.

+ Collaborate with the St Regis Gardens Director to develop and implement service standards, elevating the overall guest experience.

+ Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Gardens, implementing rigorous cleaning protocols and inspections.

+ Report maintenance needs, implement rigorous protocols and inspections.

+ Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.

+ Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

+ Be on the floor during entire opening hours and ensure adequate coverage.

+ Prepare duty rosters according to the forecast in order to ensure adequate manpower for operational needs, track leave requests and manage payroll.

+ Conduct regular staff training to uphold service standards, product knowledge, and safety protocols.

+ Conduct regular, detailed performance evaluations for the team, providing constructive feedback and recognizing outstanding contributions

+ Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.

+ Maintain records of office expenses and costs, ensuring budget adherence.

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Provide assistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Answer guest questions regarding property services/features and hours of operation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
