About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Director in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. Responsibilities

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Director or similar role in the hospitality industry.

2. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.

3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

4. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

5. Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.

7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance within the establishment.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

9. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
