About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Director in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. 1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

2. Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring financial performance.

3. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the overall food and beverage vision and strategy.

4. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

5. Recruit, train, and manage the food and beverage staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and other team members.

6. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.

7. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality of products.

8. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the food and beverage operations.


1. Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Director or similar role in the hospitality industry.

2. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.

3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

4. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

5. Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.

7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance within the establishment.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

9. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
