As the Director of Hotel Operations, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leadership and Team Management

You will lead a diverse team of hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams. 4. Sales and Marketing

Collaborating with the sales and marketing team, you will develop and execute strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Your knowledge of the local market and competition will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.

5. Compliance and Safety

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hotel policies will be a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, including implementing and monitoring security protocols and emergency procedures.


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Experience

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
– Strong knowledge of all hotel departments and functions, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
– Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets.
