As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
  • Manage a team of banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure all banquet areas are set up and maintained according to event requirements and company standards
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and professional resolutions
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell banquet services
  • Monitor and control banquet expenses to meet budgetary guidelines

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a banquet manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office and banquet management software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
